Our Expertise

Joseph Warner is an Information Technology Professional who has dedicated his career to finding, implementing, and managing innovative technology solutions.  Always looking forward, Joe focuses on aligning technology solutions with business strategy in a way that not only improves current business efficiency but also opens new doors to future growth.

Joe’s professional career began as Chief Information Officer for the Duluth, Minnesota online retailer Thralow, Inc. Joe spent eight years designing and developing the architecture and business processes which supported the frontend and backend needs of their family of websites; which included telescopes.com, binoculars.com, pans.com, and metaldetectors.com.  His responsibilities and achievements covered all functions of the business, including customer relationship management, supply chain management, point of sale, payment transactions, and management reporting systems.

Thralow Inc. was named to Inc. 500's fastest growing businesses three times over Joe’s eight year span. In 2004, Telescopes.com was named by Internet Retailer as one of the top 50 best retailing websites in the world. Joe contributed to the successful growth of Thralow, Inc., which brought in over $30MM per year before their sale to NetShops, Inc. of Omaha, Nebraska in 2006.

Joe continued on with the business and joined NetShops in 2007. This presented Joe with the distinct opportunity to work with one of the largest and fastest growing ecommerce companies in the world.  After facilitating the technical migration of systems and data, Joe went on to analyze, plan, and design key project solutions.

In 2008, Joe founded Outcom Consulting as a means for providing strategic management consulting and technology solutions to a wide variety of businesses and organizations.  From startup through Fortune 500, Outcom Consulting provides management consulting and professional services to meet their clients strategic business goals. 

Joe is an active member of the distinguished Delta Mu Delta, International Honor Society in Business Administration.
